David Wade

David Wade, MS has over 15 years of experience in human resources. David is currently the Director of Human Resources at AtriCure, Inc. David previously held the role of Director of Talent Management at UC Health from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Talent Officer at CR architecture + design in 2015 and as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Capgemini from 2014 to 2015. David also held various human resources roles at Capgemini, including Senior Manager and Human Resources Manager, from 2006 to 2014. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Paycor from 2005 to 2006.

David Wade holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Human Resource Development from Xavier University. David also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the same institution. In addition, they have completed various certifications including Gallup Global Strengths Coach, Inclusive Leadership, Business Analysis, Human Resources Communications, The Power of Purposeful Leadership, Culture Index, and Sogeti Leadership Academy.
