Jeff Gagel

Jeff Gagel has a diverse work experience in the field of design and development. Jeff started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Kentucky in 2003. Jeff then joined GE Aviation in 2005, where they worked as an Engineer/Technologist, focusing on designing and developing aircraft engines and components. In 2010, Jeff moved to Ethicon Endo-Surgery as a Staff Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for designing medical devices used in endoscopic and open surgical procedures. In 2018, they joined AtriCure, Inc. as a Product Development Manager and later progressed to Senior R&D Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of R&D at AtriCure, Inc.

Jeff Gagel earned their BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2003. Jeff went on to receive their MS in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2005. In 2009, they obtained an MBA from Xavier University - Williams College of Business with a focus on Business.
