Kaitlen Skipper is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Development Program Manager at AtriCure, Inc. since June 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to AtriCure, Kaitlen worked at Hobsons as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included talent assessment and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Learning & Development Coordinator at Great American Insurance Group, contributing to the development of training resources and employee onboarding. Kaitlen began the career as a Human Resources Intern, progressing from a temporary position to a year-round learning and development role. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati.
