Katie Rhodes has over 30 years of experience in engineering roles. Katie started their career at Remy International as a Senior Product Engineer, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and testing heavy-duty starter and alternator products. Katie then worked at Clopay Building Products as a Product Engineer, managing new product development from conception to production. At Valeo Thermal Systems, they served as a Senior Product/Project Engineer, working on HVAC systems for Mercedes vehicles and resolving high-level customer issues. At Minimally Invasive Devices, they held the role of Senior Manufacturing/Product Engineer, providing technical support, developing manufacturing processes, and managing facility expansion. Currently, they are working at AtriCure, Inc. as a Principal Engineer.
