Sarah Dimeglio

Sarah Dimeglio is an experienced professional in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Care Transitions Manager at Atrinity Home Health since April 2019. Previously, Sarah held the position of Residency Sales Counselor at Meadow Ridge from January 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, Sarah worked at The Curtis Home for over a decade, advancing from Director of Recreation to Director of Admissions and Marketing between October 2007 and January 2018.
