Amy Hipp Hodson

Amy Hipp Hodson, MPA, has extensive experience in both the healthcare and emergency services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Revenue Cycle Process Designer at Atrium Health since November 2013, Amy has held various roles in the organization including Application Specialist, Training & Development Coordinator, and Patient Financial Services Specialist. In addition to work at Atrium Health, Amy is an EMT/Rescue Tech with both Mineral Springs Fire & Rescue and Idlewild Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. Previous roles include Training Lieutenant at Matthews Fire & EMS and Captain, Training Officer at Watauga County Rescue Squad. Amy earned a Master of Public Administration in Emergency Management and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied & Public History and Recreation Management from Appalachian State University.
