Lay Har Cheng

Lay Har Cheng is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Director of Levine Children’s Feeding Center since October 2018 and as a Pediatric Gastroenterologist at Atrium Health since August 2011. Cheng also held the position of Chief in the Department of Pediatrics at Atrium Health Cabarrus from January 2021 to December 2022. A former Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellow at Emory University from July 2008 to June 2011, Cheng holds an MD in Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine (2001-2005) and an MSPH in Epidemiology from Emory University School of Public Health (1997-1999). Academic background includes a degree from Harvard University (1990-1994).
