Marc Taft is responsible for implementing a F&B platform that focuses on product development and innovation to maximize ROI. Through delivering impactful programs, he aims to broaden Atrium’s ability to remain a forward-thinking organization as well as identify and support the development of F&B talent by providingleadership, oversight and direction on F&B concept development. He serves on Marriot’s Food & Beverage Advisory Board, Best Chefs America Advisory Board and was appointed by the Governor to represent the Georgia Department of Agriculture as a Georgia Grown Executive Chef. He brings over 36 years of experience as an Innovative hospitality leader who has overseen over 100 new hotel/restaurant openings and uses an owner mentality to drive top line revenues to achieve bottom line results.

Marc joined Atrium in 2021 after working for Davidson Hospitality/Davidson Restaurant Group as Vice President of Food & Beverage, leading 173 restaurants and bars exceeding $350 million in revenue. Prior to his role at Davidson, Marc spent 8 years leading his own hospitality company, Southern Fried Hospitality, owning/operating restaurants in Georgia and Alabama. In addition, he did concept development and management consulting for several large hotel and restaurant companies. Marc has also worked as Senior Director of Openings, Acquisitions and Transitions / Senior Director of West Coast Operations for The ONE Group, Corporate Director of F&B for First Hospitality Group, Corporate Director of Restaurant Operations for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Corporate Chef for Rainforest Café and Corporate Director of Concept and Franchise Development for Al Copeland Investments.
