Mohamed Ibrahim is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in service desk support and IT operations. Currently serving as an Information Technology Service Desk member at Atrium Quality Contractors - TMG since May 2022, Mohamed previously worked as an Information Technology Specialist at Malikia Resort Abu Dabbab from September 2018 to May 2022, and as an Information Technology Engineer at Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island Luxor from July 2017 to August 2018. Mohamed holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Sohag University, earned between August 2013 and August 2017.
