Sarah Bauer, MBA, MSML has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sarah also served as Vice President of Customer Success at The Garage In, where they were responsible for managing a SaaS-based platform that facilitated patient information exchange and improved care coordination. Sarah held the role of Senior Manager of Customer Success at Trella Health, focusing on providing data-based insights to healthcare organizations. Sarah also has experience as a Manager of Provider Relations at Cohere Health and as a Post Acute Network Operations/Client Success Leader at Signify Health. Sarah started their career as the Director of Care Transitions at Atlanta Regional Commission.

Sarah Bauer, MBA, MSML has a diverse education history. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Sarah then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling Psychology at Capella University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010.

In 2020, Sarah enrolled in Western Governors University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare Management. Their studies lasted from 2020 to 2021. Following this, they continued their education at Western Governors University and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership from 2021 to 2022.

Looking ahead, Sarah is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Organizational Leadership at South College, where they started their studies in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Sarah obtained the "Project Management Skills for Leaders" certification from LinkedIn in July 2022. In 2011, they obtained the "Coleman Care Transitions Model Certified" certification from the University of Colorado Denver.
