David Spriggs

David Spriggs has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. David currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Applied Training Solutions since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at the same company from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Applied Training Solutions, David worked at Saudi Aramco as a Lead Software Engineer and Product Engineer from January 2015 to June 2020. David then moved on to ESRI, where they served as a Lead Developer and Software Engineer from February 2008 to December 2014.

David started their career at the University of Missouri Health Care as a Business Technology Analyst from January 2007 to February 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Student GIS Technician at the University of Missouri, specializing in GIS for Energy Management/Power Plant from 2003 to 2006.

Before their university years, David was the Owner and President of Research Refrigeration from 2002 to 2006.

David Spriggs attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their degree included a focus on Geography, Computer Science, and Business. In addition to their degree, David also obtained certifications in the field of technology. In 2011, they became a certified Web Application Developer through ESRI, and in 2013, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
