Joanie Barr

Joanie Barr has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joanie began their career in 1997 as the Vice President of the Software Solutions Division at Software Performance Systems (SPS) and held this position until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Program Director of the Advanced Solutions Division at McDonald Bradley, Inc. Joanie then joined ACT-IAC Voyagers - Professional Development Program in 2009 as the Industry Vice Chair. In 2008, they became an Advisory Board Member at the National Association of Minority Government Contractors (NAMGC). From 2007 to 2010, they were the Vice President, Executive, Health, and Non-Federal Programs Division at ManTech MBI, Inc. In 2010, they worked as the Vice President at MORI Associates. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at ASRC Federal, serving as the Vice President / Group Manager - Federal Health Division. Since 2018, they have been working at IntelliBridge as the Chief Technology Officer. Additionally, they have worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at Gold's Gym (1994 to present) and XSport Fitness (2010 to present).

Joanie Barr attended West Virginia University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AFAA Primary Group Exercise Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in February 2018. Joanie also received the SAFe® Program Consultant 4.0 (SPC4) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2016, the SAFe Agilist certification from the same institution in January 2015, and the ISO 9001:2008 Certified Internal Auditor certification from AQS Management Systems, Inc. in October 2013. Additionally, they earned the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management v3 from CSME, Inc. in July 2012, the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance (obtained month and year unknown).
