Kerry Duncan

Kerry Duncan is a Solutions Engineer at Applied Technology Services, Inc. with previous experience as an Assistant Commander in the Technical Investigations Section at the Department of Maryland State Police. Responsible for managing and operating the Agency's Digital Forensic Laboratory, conducting complete digital forensic examinations for various criminal investigations. Also served as a Uniform Patrol Trooper and Barrack Criminal Investigator with expertise in patrol functions, traffic collision investigation, and criminal complaints investigation. Holds educational background from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and University of the District of Columbia.
