Mike Lester

Mike Lester, P.Eng has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career at Honeywell as a Research and Development Engineer. Mike then moved on to Husky Injection Molding Systems, where they held multiple roles, including ERP Analyst and Design Engineer. At Research In Motion, Mike worked as a Senior SAP Functional Analyst and later as a Business Systems Analyst. Mike then joined Scotiabank as a Business Systems Analyst Advisory before eventually joining ATS Automation as a Senior Business System Analyst and then a Team Lead for HRIS Systems Analysts. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mike Lester, P.Eng completed their Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Western University from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including SAP Product Knowledge in 2021 and 2020, specializing in the SAP SuccessFactors Platform and Employee Central from SAP.
