Stewart McCuaig

Mr. McCuaig is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, a position he has held since 2005 when he joined ATS. Mr. McCuaig oversees the company’s legal, compliance and risk functions. Mr. McCuaig began his career working for 10 years as a corporate commercial lawyer at the law firm Sims Clement Eastman. He then moved on to in-house legal roles – two years as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mortice Kern Systems Inc., a Canadian publicly traded software company in the applications lifecycle management field, followed by 5 years as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Syndesis Limited, a privately held telecommunications software company. Mr. McCuaig’s education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto, a Masters of Laws (Intellectual Property) from Osgoode Hall Law School, and numerous economics and graduate business courses from the University of Western Ontario and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively.
