Olusegun Okunfeyiwa

Olusegun Okunfeyiwa has extensive experience in the travel and customer service industry, currently serving as a Reservations Agent at ATS Travel since March 2018. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, managing reservations, ticketing, marketing airline products, and registering customers for frequent flyer programs. Prior experience includes a role as Facilities Assistant at MobiFin Services Nigeria, where day-to-day building operations were overseen, and inventory management was conducted. Additionally, a position as a Research Analyst was held at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, FIIRO. Olusegun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from Delta State University and has received training from the International Air Travel Association (IATA).
