Sam Horne

Sam Horne is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in engineering and construction management. Currently serving as Project Manager at ATS Welding, LLC since April 2024, Sam previously held the role of Project Engineer at WHC Energy Services from September 2021 to April 2024. Prior to this, Sam worked in various capacities including Equipment Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator at Gulf Coast Recreation and Gulf Coast Pipeline Services, respectively. Sam also gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at WHC Energy Services from August 2014 to November 2020, and in earlier roles such as Project Coordinator at Strike, LLC, and Purchasing Agent at H&S Constructors, Inc. With a solid foundation in field operations as Field Superintendent at SMITH ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED and Fleet Mechanic at National Pump & Compressor, Sam's career reflects a strong background in project coordination and operational management. Sam is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and Booneville High School.
