Hugo Gillotin

Hugo Gillotin is an experienced executive with a diverse background in strategy, business development, and IT outsourcing. As CEO at Growin since February 2023, Hugo focuses on overseeing nearshore and turnkey projects involving technologies such as Java, Scala, React, Angular, and Outsystems. Prior to this role, Hugo served as Executive Director at ATS4IT from January 2020 to November 2022, where Hugo was dedicated to innovation and creating value for partners and clients. Hugo's extensive career also includes leadership positions at agap2 IT, where responsibilities spanned business development and account management across various European markets. Earlier roles included financial analysis at HAITONG and internships at Kaplan and L'Oréal. Hugo holds a Master of Science in Finance from Copenhagen Business School, a Master's in International Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
