Jeanne Walters

Mrs. Walters is a senior finance executive with over 25 years’ experience in global financial operations with a proven track record of leading firms to sustained profitability. Jeanne’s experience includes both private and public equity financial management with broad experience in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, accounting and business operations.

Most recently, Mrs. Walters was the CFO of TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, a private equity owned national provider of health services. Prior to TrueCore, Mrs. Walters was the CFO at Pegasus Transtech LLC, where she was responsible for the financial operation of a private equity owned leader in enterprise mobility, telematics and business process automation. During her career, she has been instrumental in the implementation and overhaul of optimizing resources, generating significant cost savings and promoting innovative financial solutions in complex environments.

Mrs. Walters received an MBA from Wilkes University and a BS in Accounting from Wilkes University.
