Shannon Murphy

Shannon Murphy has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 1992, they worked at Microsoft Corporation as a Support Engineer until 1995. Shannon then worked as an Integration Engineer at Sabre Airline Solutions from 1995 to 1997, where they were responsible for integrating network services and providing support for web developers. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as a Sr. Engineer at Tech Data. From 1998 to 2001, Shannon worked at Jabil Circuit, Inc. as a Network Engineer, and then as a Sr. Network Engineer. Shannon designed and deployed network infrastructure and provided support for LAN and ATM Wide Area Networks. Shannon's next role was at CompServ Inc. as a Sr. Engineer from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Coleman Technologies as a Sr. Systems Architect. At ShoreGroup, Shannon held several roles, starting as a Sr. Solutions Architect from 2008 to 2015, where they designed and deployed IP Telephony and Contact Center technologies. Shannon then became the Manager of Technology Services - Infrastructure from 2016 onwards, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations, pre and post sales support, and creating deployment standards and best practices for Cisco UCCE. Currently, Shannon is the Director of CC Infrastructure Engineering at ShoreGroup since 2018.

Shannon Murphy attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1990 to 1992, studying Engineering. Shannon also participated in a CCIE Bootcamp, although the dates and details are unknown.
