Swathi Narayan

Swathi Narayan has a strong background in human resources and people operations. Swathi is currently working as the Director of People Operations for ATSG in India since March 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of GM HR & Admin at Sagisu from January 2019 to February 2020. Swathi has also worked as a Manager HR at Odessa Technologies, Inc. from January 2014 to December 2018, and as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at SunGard from April 2011 to December 2013. Swathi started their career at Flextronics as an Executive HR from August 2005 to July 2010, and then worked as a Delivery Management Executive at HCL Technologies from August 2010 to April 2011. Overall, Swathi Narayan has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR and people management roles.

Swathi Narayan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Human Resources (MBA - HR) from Christ University, Bangalore. Prior to that, they attended Shivaji University where they completed their 11th and 12th standard with a focus on Commerce.
