Paul Roy

Paul Roy has extensive experience as a Sr. Staff Engineer at ATSI, Inc. Paul also held the same position at ATSI ENGINEERING from 1994 to 2012. Paul Roy earned their MS in Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 1973 to 1983.
