Mary Ellen Ferrara

Mary Ellen Ferrara, iSPCT, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation architecture and agile leadership within large organizations, particularly at AT&T. Currently serving as a Transformation Architect and Agility & Change Management Leader, Ferrara also holds the role of Business Agility Servant Leader at the AT&T Business Lean Agile Center of Excellence. Previous positions include SAFe Transformation Engineer and Software Engineer/DevSecOps at AT&T Labs, IT Technical Project Lead at Educational Testing Service, and Lead Business Analysis Consultant at STRASZ Consulting.
