Currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisitions and Onboarding at Attain ABA since February 2020 and as the VP of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at Kadiant since March 2022, Karoon has previously held the position of Manager of Recruitment at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. from April 2018 to February 2020, and as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Autism Learning Partners from November 2012 to March 2018.
