Paul A. Matteucci

Paul A. Matteucci is a Partner within Attain’s Federal Services division. He is responsible for managing and growing the firm’s Federal Financial sector practice.

Paul brings more than 15 years of service and support to Federal Agencies and over 20 years of expertise implementing Enterprise COTS, including ERP, Business Intelligence, and CRM solutions. He has been recognized as a leader in using enterprise COTS software as a lever for Federal Agency transformation.

Prior to joining Attain, Paul was an Account Executive and Client Partner for SAP Public Services, where he focused on modernization of legacy ERP and Business Intelligence systems for various Federal clients. Previously, he was a Director at Hitachi Consulting, leading strategic wins in ERP modernization and Business Intelligence at Federal Civilian Agencies and commercial clients.

In 2002, Paul was named the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Office of the Secretary of Defense / Reserve Affairs (OSD/RA), Employer Support for Guard and Reserve (ESGR), where he was a key part of an agency modernization.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Missouri, and PMP and CISSP certifications.
