Rick Bruder

Rick Bruder is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in board governance and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member and Volunteer at Higher Ground since December 2010, Bruder has held the position of Co Managing Partner at Graue Mill Partners LLC since January 2003. At Cboe Global Markets, Bruder has been the Chairman of the Business Conduct Committee since 2018. Previous board roles include Board of Directors at Attainia, Inc. and Life Director at the United Service Organizations (USO of Illinois), where Bruder also served as Chairman of the Board from 2003 to 2004. Additional experience includes positions on the Boards of Directors for Hinsdale Bank & Trust, Tricom Funding, and Out of Home America | Wilkins Media, alongside serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Ride 2 Recovery. Bruder began their career as Managing Member at Chicago Capital LLC from 1995 to 2003, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
