Bill Menner

Bill Menner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rural development and public policy. As the Founder, President, and CEO of The Bill Menner Group since January 2017, Bill has also served as Executive Director of the Iowa Rural Development Council and as a Subject Matter Expert at AttainX, Inc. bill's previous roles include leading the United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Development as State Director and managing Poweshiek Iowa Development. Bill's earlier career involved significant media roles, including Statehouse Bureau Chief at KUNI Public Radio and City Hall Bureau Chief at WOSU Public Media. Bill holds a Master of Arts in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Ohio State University, and an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
