Fredrik Kloster Hansen

Fredrik Kloster Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Fredrik started their career as an Assistant at OPAK AS, where they managed digital archiving and assisted with office relocation. Fredrik then worked as an Ordinary Seaman and Waiter at Norway Yacht Charter, ensuring passenger safety and delivering excellent customer service.

Fredrik also gained experience in the education sector as a School Ambassador at Heriot-Watt University, where they conducted presentations for potential students and represented the university at fairs and interviews.

Following this, Fredrik interned at Gjensidige Bank, where they gained insight into retail banking and car finance operations. Fredrik then served in various positions at ANSA - Association of Norwegian Students Abroad, including Vice President and ANSA UK revision committee member, overseeing member management and financial control.

Fredrik joined Accenture in 2016 as a Summer Intern, and later worked as a Strategy Analyst and Strategy Consultant. Their responsibilities included facilitating workshops, leading strategy projects, and advising clients on topics such as digital growth, market entry, and cost efficiency.

Currently, Fredrik is employed at Attensi as a Business Development Manager. Fredrik has previously held the role of Business Development Director, and is currently the Head of Professional & Financial Services for the Nordics region.

Fredrik Kloster Hansen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Management at Heriot-Watt University from 2012 to 2015. Fredrik then pursued their Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance at Copenhagen Business School, graduating between 2015 and 2017. Furthermore, in 2016, they attended the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University for a short course in Economics, Business, and Finance.
