Øyvind Hvidsten

Øyvind Hvidsten has extensive work experience in the field of software development, security analysis, and system administration. Øyvind currently holds the position of Principal Security Engineer at Attensi, where they have been since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Sensio AS for eight years, starting as a Developer and gradually advancing to Senior Developer and Security Analyst. At Sensio AS, they were responsible for developing automation systems, mainly focusing on backend components and working with various technologies such as .Net/C#, Linux/KVM, Hyper-V virtualization, and Perforce/Gitlab administration. Øyvind also worked at Funcom as a Programmer and at Ipsos MMI as a Developer and Systems Administrator. Øyvind Hvidsten completed a Bachelor of Game Programming at The Norwegian School of Information Technology from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Cybernetics at Oslo and Akershus University College from 2003 to 2005. In addition, Øyvind obtained a certification as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in 2023.
