Pav Basra

Pav Basra is an experienced manager with a career spanning over a decade in operations and workplace culture. Currently serving as the Workplace & Culture Manager at Attensi since January 2022, Pav previously held the role of Operations Manager at Connect Communications from August 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, Pav was an Operations Manager at Four Communications for a brief period after its acquisition of ICG, where significant growth in turnover was achieved during the tenure from October 2011 to March 2017 as both Operations Manager and PA to the Senior Team. Earlier experience includes a role as a Trainee Accountant at Thompsons Accountants & Advisors Ltd, where Pav developed strong financial management skills and client relations from September 2008 to September 2011.
