Rasmus Arousell has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2008 as a Store Manager at Steen og Strom. Rasmus later worked as an Intern in Sales Management at WANT Agency Inc. NYC and as an HR and Administration Coordinator at Department & Stores Norway AS. Rasmus then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Örebro University and as a Business Consultant at Welingo, where they provided organizational development services. Rasmus later worked as a Key Account Manager and HR Consultant at Adecco, focusing on recruitment and advisory services. Rasmus then transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner at The Adecco Group, where they focused on learning and development, change management, and talent management. Currently, Rasmus is working at Attensi as a Talent Manager and People Director, responsible for the People & Culture operations.

Rasmus Arousell obtained a Master of Science degree in Business and Administration from Örebro University between 2009 and 2012. Rasmus also participated in an exchange program at the SUNY New Paltz School of Education in 2011. Additionally, they studied management at SUNY New Paltz in the same year. Rasmus completed their high school education at Kunskapsgymnasiet from 2003 to 2006, focusing on business. Rasmus holds a certification in Prince2 Foundation from Prince2.
