Who we are We are looking for a Strategic Account Growth Manager (SAGM) to support our most important strategic customers.  You will partner with a Strategic Account Director in managing and growing relationships with our largest customers. You’ll also help by conducting account mapping, prospecting new opportunities within the customer’s affiliated brands, and managing the end-to-end sales process for certain child brands within the customer portfolio looking to scale within the platform. You will also be responsible for commercial ownership of renewals across your book of business and ensuring these customers continue to see success on the Attentive platform.

Why Attentive needs you

  • Conduct detailed account mapping to identify key stakeholders and expansion opportunities within strategic customer organizations
  • Source and qualify potential opportunities for growth and support the Strategic Account Director in driving those opportunities to close across our suite of new products
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for child brands within the customer portfolio, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Manage a subset of renewal processes within the customer portfolio, ensuring a smooth and timely renewal

About you

  • 2-3 year successful track record in a quota carrying pipeline or sales role
  • Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or startup preferred
  • Intelligent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups and sales
  • Hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results for our customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Motivated by metrics and uncapped commission
  • Openness to coaching and training
