Gil Fliker

Gil Fliker is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in infrastructure and platform management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Compute & Networking at Attentive since April 2023, Gil oversees a team crucial for the company’s services on EKS and AWS. Prior to this role, Gil was Senior Director of Platform/SRE at EMX By Big Village, managing a cross-engineering group focused on infrastructure stability. Previous positions include Director of Infrastructure Engineering at IDT Corporation, Senior Engineering Manager at Symphony.com, and Director of Platform at Outbrain, where significant contributions were made in building and maintaining scalable systems. Gil's career began with roles in systems administration and consulting, complemented by an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Ruppin Academic Center.
