Jamell Watson

Jamell Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office operations, workplace culture, and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Office Operations at Attentive since February 2020, Jamell has successfully led various initiatives, including the Black Union ERG Events & Logistics. Prior roles include Manager of People & Culture at Fourpost and Global Manager of Facilities + Culture at Braze, where Jamell contributed to enhancing workplace engagement and brand recognition through strategic events. Previous experience at Warby Parker involved leadership in employee engagement and brand management, while earlier roles at Apple, Konvict Muzik, and Florida A&M University provided valuable administrative and support skills.
