Samantha Dillon

Samantha Dillon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director, Chief of Staff for Customer Success at Attentive since December 2023, Samantha previously held senior director roles at HubSpot from April 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading customer success strategy and global partner programs. Prior to HubSpot, Samantha worked at Knowledgent, a data and analytics firm, as a Solution Partner and Project Manager from February 2013 to March 2017. Earlier career highlights include a Senior Consultant position in Financial Services Strategy & Innovation at IBM Global Business Services from July 2010 to January 2013, where significant contributions were made to large-scale financial projects. Samantha's career began with internship experiences at Target and Merrill Lynch, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
