Ayoub Rafique

Ayoub Rafique is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in judicial collection and external collection. Currently serving as the Head of Subsidiaries Collection & Litigation at Attijariwafa Bank since March 2024, Ayoub has previously held several key positions at Wafasalaf, including Deputy Director of Judicial Collection and External Collection, and Responsible for Support in the Collection Pole. Ayoub’s expertise encompasses various aspects of project management, performance monitoring, budget control, and team training. Additional experience includes roles in bancassurance development at RMA Watanya and Wafa Assurance, where responsibilities involved commercial management, coaching, and strategic planning. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration from ISEM Montpellier and a Bachelor's degree in AES Administration and Business Management from the University of Montpellier, complemented by a certification in client relations from Dale Carnegie Training.
