Zipperlin Caroline

Zipperlin Caroline currently serves as Directrice de la formation at ATTILA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Zipperlin held the position of HR Development Manager at JTEKT European Operations from May 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing a skills development plan, managing training offers, assessing workload, overseeing knowledge transmission, and implementing a disability policy, as well as administering an HRIS for the group's sites in France.
