Alicia Merlino

Alicia Merlino's work experience includes being a Product Engineer at Attio starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Beacon from March 2020 to March 2023, where they built an internal-facing booking management system and improved efficiency of the internal app. Alicia also has experience as a Software Engineering Student at Makers from December 2019 to March 2020, where they learned software engineering principles and various programming languages. Alicia was previously a Pharmacist at Blooms The Chemist from June 2018 to March 2019, an Intern Pharmacist at Capital Chemist Group from February 2017 to March 2018, and a Pharmacy Assistant at Priceline from October 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Chevalier College High School from June 2009 to November 2011.

Alicia Merlino began their education at the University of Sydney in 2013 and completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with an International Pharmacy Major in 2016. Alicia then attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2016 to 2017, where they pursued further studies in Pharmaceutical Sciences. In 2019, Alicia studied Computer Software Engineering at Makers, where they completed coursework until 2020. Additionally, Alicia has obtained certifications in First Aid from St John Ambulance Australia in August 2017 and in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in August 2016.
