Stacey Sheehan

Stacey Sheehan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stacey currently holds the position of Head of People and Talent at Attivo Partners, a full-service finance and accounting firm. In this role, Stacey oversees various aspects of talent management and operational support for the company.

Prior to joining Attivo Partners, Stacey served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Institute for Sustainable Communities, where they were responsible for HR operations, talent management, DEI initiatives, and employee well-being. Stacey also held the role of Director of Human Resources at the same organization, where they managed executive searches, increased organizational diversity, and spearheaded the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Before their time at the Institute for Sustainable Communities, Stacey served as the Director of Human Resources at the Committee on Temporary Shelter, where they contributed to the organization's HR initiatives. Stacey also gained experience in resource management and allocation through positions at Isobar and Digitas, LLC.

Earlier in their career, Stacey worked as a Senior Compensation and Resource Analyst at Monitor Group, where they managed the annual compensation process and conducted data analysis for a global management consulting firm. Stacey also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Tectura, where they managed HRIS project implementations and administered various employee benefit programs.

Stacey Sheehan pursued their education chronologically beginning in 1995 when they attended St. Bonaventure University. Stacey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1999. Following this, they furthered their studies at Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2003 to 2005, obtaining an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
