Karen Tang has a diverse background in customer success and operations. Karen has held leadership positions at various companies, including their current role as Chief Customer Officer at ATTOM. Prior to that, they were the VP of Customer Success at ActiveCampaign. Karen also served as the Senior Director of Customer Operations at Snap Inc. Before that, they worked at Prezi as the VP of Sales, Customer Success, and Support, where they led sales and support teams and was responsible for acquiring and growing the business.
