Anita Ewing

Anita Ewing is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in public law, administrative law, and human research ethics. Currently serving as a Human Research Ethics Committee Member at Bellberry since January 2018, Anita provides legal consultancy on biomedical clinical trials, focusing on ethical considerations for participant information and consent. As a Senior Solicitor at the Crown Solicitor's Office since November 2009, Anita has advised on sensitive administrative law matters and has represented clients in public law cases. Previous roles include Non Executive Director for the Australian Dance Theatre, Ministerial Advisor to the Minister for Health in South Australia, and various solicitor positions in law firms, specializing in health law, corporate commercial legal matters, and taxation. Anita holds an LLB from the University of Otago and has pursued further education in project management, advocacy, and fitness coaching.
