Daniel Nguyen

Daniel Nguyen is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Civil and Regulatory Law at the ACT Government since August 2024. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at the Attorney-General's Department, including Director (A/g) and Senior Legal Officer, and worked as a Senior Adviser at the Australian Human Rights Commission. Daniel's career spans over a decade, encompassing roles focused on human rights, international law, and emergency management, with significant experience as a Senior Legal Officer and Legal Officer at the Attorney-General's Department. Daniel holds a Master of Laws in International Law and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University, along with a Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
