Peter Wilksch

Director Information Technology Services at Attorney-General's Department

Peter Wilksch has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Peter began their career in the Department for Environment & Heritage, where they worked as a Team Leader and later as an ITIL Implementation Coordinator. Peter then worked as an IT Service Management Consultant at Santos Ltd. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the Desktop Support Centre Manager/Account Manager at the Department for Environment & Heritage.

In 2008, Peter joined the Shared Service Agency as the Manager of Service Management, before moving to Shared Services SA in 2009. At Shared Services SA, they held various roles including Manager of ICT Business Operations, A/Service Delivery Director of ICT Services, and Manager of Business Enablement.

In 2014, Peter joined the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Government of South Australia as the A/Director of ICT Services. During their tenure, they held positions such as Manager of Business Enablement, Manager of ICT Business Operations, and Program Director of Modern Workplace. Their responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of Activity Based Work environments and managing the refurbishment of accommodations.

Finally, in 2018, Peter joined the Attorney-General's Department as the Director of Information Technology Services.

Peter Wilksch attended the University of South Australia from 1995 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Science.
