Dave Conroy

Dave Conroy has extensive work experience in program management and consulting within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Starting in 1997, they worked as a Life Sciences Consultant at Barnett International until 2000. After that, they joined FW Pharma Systems as an IMPACT CTMS Product Consultant until 2002.

In 2004, Dave joined AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and held various roles, including Project Manager, Director of Clinical Agreement and Grant Management, Director of Clinical Business Office, Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Delivery Director, and Senior Director of the R&D Program Management Office. In these positions, they played a key role in transforming the corporate R&D operating model and geographic footprint, managing clinical operations, and overseeing the clinical business office.

From 2011 to 2013, they worked at INC Research as the Executive Director of Strategic Alliances. Dave was responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across multiple business lines and driving future business growth through strategic proposals.

Between 2013 and 2015, Dave operated as a self-employed Program Management Consultant under the company name David Conroy Consulting. During this time, they worked on various projects, including serving as the Global Program Manager for a Phase 3 Wilson Disease program for Alexion, an AstraZeneca Subsidiary.

Most recently, starting in April 2023, Dave has been serving as the Head of Program Management at Attralus.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated exceptional skills in program management, strategic planning, team coordination, budget management, issue resolution, and resource forecasting.

Dave Conroy earned their Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Dave pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Saint Joseph's University's Erivan K. Haub School of Business.
