Julia Merten

Julia Merten has extensive experience in the field of human resources and change management. Julia began their career at Accenture as a Change Management Consultant in 1995. Julia then joined DA Consulting Group, where they served as a Project Manager and later as a Human Resources Manager. In 2004, Julia joined Cubic Consulting as the Human Resources Manager for Cubic Consulting and Cubic Resources. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief People Officer at Atturra, a technology consulting and transformation services company.

Julia Merten completed their Post Graduate degree in Change Management Qualification (equivalent to GCCM) from the AGSM @ UNSW Business School between 1995 and 1997. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) with a focus on Psychology Honours at the University of Sydney from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained a certification called the Women Rising Program from Women Rising in 2021.
