Rhae Anne Naphan

Rhae Anne Naphan has extensive experience in Human Resources and stakeholder relations, currently holding the position at Atura Power since October 2019. Prior to this role, Rhae Anne Naphan worked at Ontario Power Generation for a decade, serving in various senior positions, including Director of Renewable Generation & Power Marketing, HR Business Partner, and Sr. Manager HRBP for Niagara. Rhae Anne Naphan's career in HR began at Ontario Power Generation in 1999, with roles in hydro human resources, employee safety, and labour relations. Rhae Anne Naphan also has experience as a Branch Manager at CitiFinancial from 1995 to 1999. Rhae Anne Naphan holds an Honours BA in Business and Political Science from the University of Guelph and further education from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto in 2007.
