Asif Mumtaz

Asif Mumtaz is a seasoned professional in real estate and development, currently serving as the VP of Real Estate and Development at ATW since January 2024. From June 2014 to January 2024, Asif held various leadership roles at Conn's HomePlus, culminating in the position of VP of Real Estate. Prior experience includes roles such as International Property Development Manager at Costa Coffee, overseeing franchise development across multiple regions, and Director of Retail Design and Operations at Mike Treadways Architects Inc. Additionally, Asif contributed to brand development as Manager of Design and Construction for both Charming Charlie and Chalhoub Group, where expertise in managing luxury retail projects was demonstrated. Asif holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Madras.
