Brett Justinen Pe

Brett Justinen, PE, is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as Project Manager at Atwell, LLC since July 2023—following its acquisition of Blueline—Brett continues to lead a design and construction management team to provide exceptional consulting services for clients. Prior to this role, Brett held various engineering positions at Blueline, including Project Engineer and Construction Inspector, and contributed to project management at Mac Engineering LLC, overseeing compliance and coordination among stakeholders. Brett's career also includes a significant tenure at Quikrete, where responsibilities encompassed plant management, budget oversight, and quality control in concrete manufacturing. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Walla Walla University and a high school diploma from Auburn Adventist Academy.
