Venus Shaman

Venus Shaman is a seasoned corporate transactional attorney with extensive experience in business, corporate, real estate, and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Staff Counsel at Atwell, LLC since August 2016, Venus specializes in drafting, negotiating, and managing corporate contracts in technology, medical services, and various general practice areas. Previously, Venus operated a law firm from June 2013 to February 2017, focusing on corporate matters, loan workouts, debt settlements, and leasing disputes for both landlords and tenants. Venus holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Finance from Wayne State University Law School, along with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Wayne State University.
