Kanti Ponnada

Kanti Ponnada is the current head of global HR at Atyeti. Kanti has over 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on US and UK operations. Kanti is responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function in US and UK. Kanti annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. Kanti also maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance. In addition, they communicate changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed.

Prior to their current role, Kanti was a human resources specialist at Aerosoles. In this role, they were responsible for facilitating end-to-end human resources processes and working with the HR payroll and recruitment team. Kanti also assisted with onboarding and new hire processes, completing offer letters and follow up with pending documents. In addition, they responded to critical employee inquiries, processed background checks and supported administrative functions within the HR department.

Kanti Ponnada holds a Masters from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in Human Resources and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Commerce from St.Ann's College for Women, where they studied Business/Commerce, General, between 1999 and 2001.
